UK Based Customers.

This is a business to business website and orders are only accepted by Cards & Stationery SW Limited on this basis. 

This is a summary of our main terms and conditions. If this document conflicts with our full terms and conditions the full terms will prevail. Our full terms and conditions can be viewed under the My Account link.

1.	UK Based Customers
1.1	Carriage paid order values.
Carriage paid order value to most UK addresses for Cards, Toys, Seasonal Lines and Stationery is £95. For orders less than £50 carriage is £8-00 and for orders between £50 and £95 the charge is £5.00.
The carriage paid order value to most UK addresses on inks and toners orders is £200. For orders on inks and toners up to £100, the charge is £8-00 and between £100 and £200 £5-00.
1.2	Goods remain the property of Cards & Stationery SW Limited until paid in full.
1.3	Unless the goods are signed for as damaged / short at the time of delivery and this fact countersigned by the delivery driver the goods will be deemed to have been received in good condition and you are responsible for the physical custody and condition from that time.
1.4	Where we agree to accept return of goods credit will only be given where goods are returned in the supplier’s original packaging within seven days and the goods have NOT been marked up for retail sale.
1.5	A 15% handling charge may be levied on goods correctly supplied that are returned for credit.

2.	Overseas Customers
2.1	All payments must be made in pounds sterling allowing for any banking charges which are the responsibility of the customer.
2.2	Carriage charges payable by the customer will be advised at the time of ordering. If delivering to a UK based freight agent these charges will be as for a UK based customer.
2.3	We do not accept verbal overseas orders. We prefer e-mailed orders from our website or by orders by fax.
