How To - Quick Order

If you already know the Order Codes for some or all of the products you wish to order then you can add them directly to your basket using the Quick Order entry screen.

If you have already logged on and have read these instructions before then Click Here to proceed directly to the Quick Order screen.

Step 1
If you have not already done so enter your delivery date, either ASAP or select a date from the calendar.

Step 2
Enter the Catalogue Reference for any items required in the Catalogue Ref Box. Numbers do not have to have the leading zero's, so S00401, S0401 and S401 are all valid. Enter the quantity required and indicate packs or singles. Pressing RETURN on your keyboard, or clicking ADD ITEM will put the product into your Shopping Basket. Please note: For faster entry, the previous Quantity and Pack Type will be retained for your next entry. These may be edited if required.

Stock availability is indicated by a coloured dot Green = In Stock Yellow = awaiting Stock but available to pre-order for a later delivery date. You may wish to order an alternative item if the product you require is awaiting stock. Please Note: availability status is offered only as a guide.

Step 3
If any item is awaiting stock or sold out a RED error message will be displayed. Once your item has been added to the basket the order value will recalculate accordingly.

By default everything is sold in packs but in a few special cases we do split packs. To order in singles first check the 'Singles' box and then enter the actual quantity you require in singles in the quantity box.

Step 4
By default the contents of your basket are displayed CARDS first and NON-CARDS below that. Top Tip: When using Quick Order enter you non Cards first to avoid unnecessary screen scrolling.

By checking the 'Display by Index box you basket will resequence grouping your selected products in index groups.

To remove an item from your basket just set the quantity ordered to zero

Step 5
Checkout - As well as the order number, the approx value of your order will also be displayed. If your order is below carriage paid then you will have the option of either paying part carriage or holding the goods over to be sent with your next order. Any vouchers codes should be entered on this screen.

You can choose to either have your goods charged to your account or to pay by credit card. In the case of credit card payments we will phone you once your order has been made up to confirm the final invoice value.

Step 6
Click on the Back button to add additional items to your basket or Submit to confirm your order. Shortly after you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order in full. This email will also contain the Retail barcodes where known.
